A maternity products brand needed an online store that didn't look like every other Shopify store. Stock templates strip identity. They wanted something warm, nurturing, and uniquely theirs — with full e-commerce functionality.

A completely custom headless storefront built on Shopify Hydrogen. Warm brand palette (cream, terracotta, blush, sage), custom typography (Playfair Display + Dancing Script), and bespoke layouts for every page. Full e-commerce: product browsing, collections, search with predictive suggestions, cart, checkout, customer accounts with order history. Judge.me reviews, PostHog analytics, and an announcement ticker — all deployed on Shopify Oxygen's global CDN.

Built live during a 2-hour anti-vibe-coding session, building two apps simultaneously in front of an audience over video call. The session ran out of time — but the game was finished solo in under 5 hours total.

A turn-based strategy game with real depth: players use Ask, Watch, and Move actions to claim seats before reaching their destination. Features NPC AI with hidden strategies, a real-time grab competition mechanic with speed bonuses, 11 sound effects synced to animations, and 3 difficulty levels across short and full Mumbai Western Line journeys.

Training for a half-marathon in Ireland means weather dictates everything. Generic training plans ignore rain, wind, and temperature. I needed something that watches the weather and tells me when to run — not just what to run.

A full-stack training app with a 24-week structured plan across 5 phases. Integrates the Open-Meteo API for real-time weather data, then recommends the best days and run types based on conditions. Features a drag-and-drop calendar for scheduling, pace progression charts, and weather-based visual animations that change with the forecast. Built it for myself, deployed it for anyone.

The second app from the same live anti-vibe-coding session. Retail investors waste hours on spreadsheets to evaluate stock fundamentals. They need quick pass/fail answers against their own risk tolerance, not generic advice.

A full-stack Python app with FastAPI backend and Streamlit frontend. Enter any ticker, pick a risk profile (Conservative, Moderate, Aggressive, or custom), and get instant pass/fail analysis across 6 key ratios: P/E, P/B, Debt-to-Equity, ROE, Current Ratio, and Dividend Yield. JWT auth, rate limiting, and PostgreSQL persistence — all in a day.

An Irish software company needed a professional web presence fast — specifically to qualify for the Google for Startups Cloud Program. Not a template. A real site that showcases products, pulls live data, and handles inbound leads.

Built with Astro for zero-JS static pages where possible, with islands of interactivity. A custom canvas animation (GridCurrentEffect) renders electrical current pulses with cursor avoidance and anti-clustering. GitHub stars and PyPI download counts fetch live on page load. Resend handles the Request Access email flow. PostHog analytics run through a Vercel reverse proxy.
